(8) eggs
1C skim milk
2 tsp sugar
1 lb lite (or reg) Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese (Colby Jack ok)
4 oz. lite cream cheese cubed
16 oz. cottage cheese (2% ok)
6 Tbsp margerine
1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder

Beat eggs, milk, and sugar together. Add cheeses and margarine. Mix
well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until blended.
Pour into greased (sides and bottom) 9” x 13” glass baking dish. Bake at
325º for 1 hour.
