2-3 lbs. stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup wine
cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a baking pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in a 300º oven for 3 hours. Do not open foil and peek. Serve over noodles.
