About 4 pounds chicken pieces
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoons flour
1 small can sliced pineapple
¼ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 peeled, sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a bowl the flour, salt and pepper. Roll the pieces of chicken in the seasoned flour. Open the pineapple slices, drain. Reserve juice. Put olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the pineapple slices until they are golden brown. Take out pineapple slices and put in a dish. In the same oil, put sliced onion and the chicken. Brown chicken all over while the onion gets soft. Put chicken and onion in a casserole and put pineapple slices on top of chicken. Pour over all the pineapple juice to which you have added water to make 2 cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
