1 5-pound roast (beef or pork)
3 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
BARBECUE SAUCE FOR MEAT
2½ cups ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup water
¼ cup drippings from meat

Directions:
Directions:
First day: Place roast on foil. Mix Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Brush over the roast. Let it air for 15 minutes. Seal foil to enclose meat. Refrigerate for 1 day. Second day: Cook at 275 degrees for 5 - 6 hours, then place in refrigerator. Third day: Remove meat and slice. Barbeque Sauce: Bring all of the ingredients to a boil and pour over meat.
