2 large POTATOES, flesh/skin, 3'' to 4.25'' dia, raw,
- COOKING OIL SPRAY, corn oil ''No Stick'' 2.5 second spray,
1/2 tsp - CHILI PEPPER, GROUND, fresh ground,
1 tsp - GARLIC SALT,

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut potatoes lengthwise (like French Fries).
2) Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
3) Combine garlic salt and red chili pepper (adjusting amounts to suit your taste).
4) Arrange the potato strips in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
5) Coat the potatoes with the vegetable oil spray. Flip them over and spray the other side.
6) Sprinkle with garlic salt and red pepper seasoning.
7) Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
