Parmesan Pepper Pasta Recipe

1 stick of butter
1 c. shredded Parmesan, plus some to sprinkle on top
1 tsp pepper, plus more to taste
1 - 16oz bag of pasta
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 tsp of salt to boiling water & cook pasta in the water according to directions.

Drain pasta, retain 3/4 c. of the water for the sauce

In a large sauce pan, melt the butter & pepper over medium heat. Once melted (not browned) add the pasta water & pasta.

Once the sauce has coated the noodles, add the 1 c. parmesan cheese & stir until melted & the pasta is coated.

Place into serving bowls & sprinkle extra parmesan on top for garnish.
