1 tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. rosemary, finely chopped
1 small Portobello mushroom (stem removed), cut into cubes
75 g Brie cheese
salt
pepper
1 oz. white wine
baguette, 6 thin slices

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in small pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic and rosemary, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the wine and cook until has reduced by half; remove from the heat.

Place slices of baguette on foil lined baking sheet. Cut cheese into thin slices just large enough to fit the top of the baguette slices. Top the cheese with the mushroom mixture.

Bake for 5 minutes at 400ºF or until the cheese begins to melt. Cool slightly, garnish with rosemary sprigs.
