1 qt. vanilla ice cream
3 T. butter
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 T. creme de banana liqueur or orange juice
1 T. light rum or orange juice
2 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 scoops of ice cream in 4 stemmed dessert dishes and place in freezer until ready to use.

In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Add banana liqueur and rum or orange juice. Cook and stir until bubbly.

Add bananas to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 - 2 minutes or until bananas are heated through. Serve immediately over ice cream.
