1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
4 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 bunch of cilantro
4 teaspoons soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
6 pieces of skinless salmon fillet

Directions:
Directions:
In blender mix all ingredients, if it is too thick add a bit of water.
Pour over the salmon, cover with foil and let it marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and broil for 5 minutes.
