Ingredients:  
2 bunches Broccoli Florets (chopped to equal about 5 cups)
1 cup dried Cherries (or Craisins)
1 cup Sunflower Seeds or chopped Pecans
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1 cup frozen Peas
1/2 cup crispy Bacon (crumbled)

Dressing:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients except the dressing. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and mix well, before adding to the broccoli mixture. Let salad chill at least 1 hour. Dressing tends to settle, so stir salad just before serving.

Dressing can be made with an equivalent sugar substitute to reduce calories.
