2 c. flour
2 c. sugar mix together
1/4 tsp. salt

1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening boil and pour over dry
4 Tbsp. cocoa ingredients
1 cup water


Add: 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, beaten
Fold in: 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon


FROSTING
1 stick butter, 3 to 4 tblsp. cocoa, 6 tblsp. milk Quick boil and Add:
l box powdered sugar, l can coconut, l/2 c. muts

Bake 350 degrees until done. Bake in one large or two small loaf pans
