1 cup of butter melted
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/3 cup of parsley
1/2 t. paprika
dash of cayenne
1/2 c of sherry
4-5 lbs shrimp shelled and deveined
2 cups soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except shrimp and bread crumbs. Simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Then toss in shrimp and bread crumbs. Put in a baking dish and cook for 25 minutes til brown. 325 degrees
