Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
peppered bacon
asparagus spears

Directions:
Directions:
Open out breasts and put in 2-3 spears of asparagus (dried beef or spinach or whatever can also be used.)

Roll breast as best you can and wrap with a slice of peppered bacon. Place open side down in lightly oiled casserole dish.

Mix 1 c. sour cream and a can of mushroom soup. Pour over breasts and bake @ 300º for 3-4 hours.

Double sour cream and soup if doing many.
