Sliced green peppers
Sliced green tomatoes
Celery
Oregano
garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 T. salt
Alum
Hot peppers
Vinegar
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice green peppers and salt them. Let stand over night.
Next day, rinse in cold water. Salt sliced green tomatoes and celery. Let stand 15 min. Rinse.
Mix together with oregano.
Put in quart jars.
Add garlic, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 T. salt, more oregano, alum, and hot peppers.

Heat together: 1 part vinegar with 2 parts water. Pour over pepper mix in jars and seal.
