Grind -
2 1/2 lbs walnuts
1/2 lb almonds
1/4 lb sesame seeds

Mix with -
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1 1/2 lb sweet butter

Syrup - cook to light syrup stage
3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
small cinnamon stick
2 tsp. vanilla

Grind -

Mix with -
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1 1/2 lb sweet butter
Place 1 filo sheet in buttered 8 1/2" x 11" cake pan. Brush with melted butter. Top with thin layer of nut mixture. Repeat using 6 buttered sheets. Top with three sheets brushed with butter. Cut 1/2 way through in diamond shapes, pierce with cloves. Bake 50 min @ 325. When 1/2 done, pour syrup over pastry. Let stand 6 hours.
