Rolled rump roast
1 onion, ground
1 cup ginger ale
1 cup red wine or cooking wine
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Bake a rolled rump roast at 325 degrees with a little water until done. Save broth and refrigerate both until the next day. Slice thinly. Boil broth with onion, ginger ale, red wine or cooking wine and simmer for ½ hour. Add beef and cover with mushrooms. When ready to serve, heat in the oven.
