1 lb. black cherry preserves
1/8 c. creole mustard
1/3 c. prepared horseradish
Dash of soy sauce (opt.)

1 block 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Puree preserves in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend.

Pour over a block of 8 oz cream cheese.

Serve with crackers, fried zucchini, shrimp, chicken tenders.

Makes 2 cups.
