Round steak cut in serving pieces
1 medium onion chopped
1 c. celery
1 clove garlic minced
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
pepper
1 c. water

Directions:
Brown steak in skillet with onion. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.

Note: I only use two cans of tomato sauce
