Crust:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts.

Filling:
1 c. sugar
2 eggs whites
2 T. lemon juice
1 pt. strawberries, washed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Crust - Mix all ingredients well. Pat into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Break up with fork and remove 1/3 c. for topping.

Filling: Mix all ingredients and beat for 10 min. Add strawberries and beat for 10 min on high. Fold in 1 pt of cool whip. Pour into crust. Add more topping.

Keep in freezer.

Laura Lou didn't write to cut up strawberries but it seems like they would mix into filling easier if they were diced beforehand.
