1/4 c. caramel topping
4 beaten eggs
2-13 oz cans evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour caramel topping into flan pan or baking dish. Coat bottom evenly. Combine eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over caramel coated pan. Set in boiling water and bake 325 for 45-50 min.

Chill, loosen sides and invert.
