2 sticks butter
2 C sugar
1/3 C cocoa
4 eggs - 1 at a time
1/2 C flour
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 c chopped nuts - optional
1 bag 10.05 oz mini marshmallows

Icing:
1 stick butter
1/3 C cocoa
1/3 C evaporated milk
2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and cocoa. Add eggs, flour, vanilla, and nuts. Cook in jelly roll pan at 350 for 25 minutes. Cover with bag of marshmallows and place back in oven for 3 minutes. Allow to cool and cover with icing.
