Spiral ham cut into bite-sized pieces
Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 sticks butter, cut in chunks
3 c. flour sifted
salt
pepper
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease glass casserole dish with shortening. Put 5 chunks of butter on the bottom of the pan. Line with potatoes. Then layer by layer add the butter chunks, flour, salt, pepper, and ham. Then repeat starting with potato layer 3 more times. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Take out and add milk on the side so that you can see it from the top (about 1"high) and bake another 45 minutes.
