1 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice
1/2 canned tomatoes, chopped or crushed with hands
1 clove garlic, minced
2 chopped onions
5-6 stalks and the leaves of celery (Gina doesn't put celery in hers)
butter, oil,and/ or chicken broth.
Parsley, dill, salt and pepper.

Mix all of the above together with hands. Pour in some olive oil or mazola - mix again. Wrap in grape and cabbage leaves. (par boil the cabbage leaves first. For the grape leaves - can heat in water a little to get brine taste off). Put rolled cabbage on bottom and rolled grape leaves on top. Tightly pack. Add pats of butter and fill pressure cooker to top of leaves with chicken broth. Pressure up - 5 min. - Allow to cool down. Cover with mix of lemon (2) and egg (4).
