1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs yolks
2 tsp almond flavouring
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour

Topping:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together base ingredients and press down into a cookie sheet. For the topping, whip egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Fold in coconut. Preheat oven to 350º and bake for 25 minutes.
