1 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp margerine, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 9 ingredients and pour on bottom of greased 9x13" dish. Mix together sauce and pour over top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
