3/4 cup Italian Dressing, divided
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped basil leaves
1 lb. angel hair pasta
parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/4 cup Italian dressing over chicken in a large shallow baking dish (or use gallon size storage bag). Cover or close bag. Marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally for at least 3 hours.

Combine diced tomatoes, onion, basil, and 1/4 cup dressing in medium bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Italian dressing until chicken is thoroughly cooked. (About 12 minutes)

Slice chicken and serve over angel hair pasta. Top with tomato mixture and grated parmesan cheese.
