1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
green pepper (optional)
1 cup canned tomatoes
a few drops worchestershire sauce

Blend in
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can flaked salmon

Drop Biscuits:
1 3/4 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/3 cup butter in saucepan and saute with onions and peppers a. Add tomato and worchestershire sauce. Gradually blend in flour, salt, pepper, then milk; cook until thick and smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese and salmon, and pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish.

Drop Biscuits:
Mix together dry ingredients, then add 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Add milk and shortening, mix well and drop by spoonfuls over salmon mixture.
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
Yeilds 6 servings
