1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray. Fill about 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 18 minutes.

Makes 24-28 mini muffins.
