Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground pork
3/4 cup Asian pear (chopped)
3/4 cup of carrots (chopped)
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 egg
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar (brown or white)
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 packets of spring roll shells
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables (carrots, garlic, onion, and pear) separately using a food processor. Combine all the ingredients together. Combine the ground pork, chopped vegetables, sugar, soy sauce, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl until combined.

Preparing the rolls: Once the meat mixture is well-combined, spoon it onto a shell and roll like a burrito. Before folding over completely, dip your finger in egg white to make the wrapper stick to itself. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown (making sure pork is fully cooked). If you want to stack rolls on top of each other, use plastic wrap between layers to prevent sticking.
