1/2 box gelatine
1 qt. milk
4 eggs, separated
6 Tbsp. sugar
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the gelatine in the milk.
When it comes to a boil, take from the fire.
Have the yolks of 4 eggs well beaten with 6 Tbsp. of sugar
Return to the fire and let come to a boil again.
Take from the fire, add the 4 egg whites, well beaten with 6 Tbsp. of sugar.
Flavor with vanilla and pour in molds to cool.
