Crust:

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder

12 soda crackers (saltines), crushed
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, slowly add 1 c. white sugar and 1/4 tsp. baking powder.
Fold in crushed soda crackers, chopped nuts (usually pecans), and vanilla.

Place in buttered pie pan.
Bake 325 degrees for 30 min.

Add fruit tossed with sugar right before serving.
