3 eggs
½ c half & half
2 T sugar
⅛ t baking powder
¼ t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
6 - 1 inch slices brioche

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredient together. Pour into a pan and add bread slices. Turn once to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Before grilling toast, prepare caramel sauce.

In a skillet, melt butter and grill toast over medium heat until golden on each side. Serve with caramel sauce, syrup, and/or fruit.
 

Caramel Sauce

½ c sugar
¼ c butter
½ c cream
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, heat ½ c sugar & ¼ c butter until mixture melts and turns tan. Slowly stir in cream. Cook until mixture is of sauce consistency. You may have to add a little extra cream. Stir in vanilla.
