1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded – do not use pre-shredded
1 lb mild cheddar cheese
1 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 cans chicken broth
3 T Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, cake shredded cheese in flour.

In fondue pot, combine 1 can chicken broth, garlic, and mustard. Set on highest heat setting and let boil for a minute or two.

Add cheese and stir continuously. Slowly add more chicken broth until right thickness. When cheese is fully melted, decrease temperature to 200 degrees. Stir every few minutes.

Salt and Pepper to taste – if it becomes too stringy, turn temp up to a boil, restir, and decrease temp.
