1 C quick oats
1 1/3 C boiling water
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/3 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 eggs

Icing:
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 C nuts
1/2 C coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal and water and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with oats. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

Combine icing ingredients and spread over top. Broil until bubbly.
