Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 oz cheese, shredded (omit for D.F)
6-7 slices of Naturals Bacon, crumbled; or chopped ham
Broccoli, peppers, mushrooms etc
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 gluten free all purpose flour, w/ 1/4 tsp xanthum gum (or reg wheat flour)
2 tbsp Earth Balance "Butter"
1/2 tsp salt and dash pepper
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or reg)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 10" pie plate or quiche pan. Sprinkle first three ingredients. In a blender, put remaining ingredients (or use a mixer). Pour over ingredients pie in pie plate. Bake for 35 min at 350 or 325 + a few minutes if using glass. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

With a salad, this also makes a great supper!
