1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 ounce can crab meat, flaked
2 Tablespoons bread crumbs
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and crab meat. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish. Microwave at 50% for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Microwave again for 6-7 minutes, stirring every 1 1/2 minutes until hot. Combine bread crumbs and parsley and sprinkle on top. Microwave at 50% for 35 seconds. Serve with crackers.
