5 pounds Chicken wings

Sauce:
1 14 ounce bottle ketchup
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup cider vinegar
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry Colman's mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lay chicken in large baking pan and cover with sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 ºF for 2 hours, turning once. Wings are ready when sauce has cooked down and wings are well glazed.

This can be cooked in advance and frozen and reheated when needed. Always good to keep in the freezer for those surprised quests. Sauce is also great for grilling or pouring on chicken or pork sandwiches..
