1 lb. brown sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. melted shortening
Make into crumbs-Save 1 full cup for on top.
Add to remaining crumbs:
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour milk
1 1/2 tsp. soda

Pour into 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.

Make milk sour by adding 3 T. of vinegar to sweet milk. Be sure to spread crumbs all the way out to corners.
