12 oz bowtie pasta
8 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chipotle-lime marinade
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 red bell pepper, diced
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded
8 oz of Monterey Jack cheese, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water until cooled. In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, marinade, chili powder and cumin. Add red pepper, green onion, cilantro, cheese, and chicken; combine well. Add pasta and stir well, making sure everything is coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
