Rivels:
5 c. flour
5 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix into crumbs, like pie dough.

Turkey Broth
Turkey or chicken soup base
1 T. salt
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. onions (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill large kettle with broth and water (till approximately 3 gallon). Add turkey or chicken soup base till flavored and 1 T. salt, 1/2 c. parsley and 1 c. onions. When hot, put in rivels. Cook till rivels are done. Stir often to keep rivels from clumping too much. Add meat.
