2 (6-8 oz) Tuna Steaks (3/4" Thick)
2 Tbs Dark Sesame Oil
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Fresh Grated Ginger
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Green Onion (scallion) Thinly Slice for Garnish
1 Tsp Lime Juice
Sesame Seeds (If Desired)

Misc all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Heat a non stick skillet on medium high. When pan is hot, remove steaks from marinade and sear for 1 to 1 1/2 minute on each side. Sprinkle with green onion and serve over rice and/or with thinly sliced cabbage.
