1 Tsp Finely Shredded Lemon Peel
1/3 C Lemon Juice (1 Large Lemon)
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper

In a small screw top jar, combine all ingredients and shake thoroughly. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
