15 oz. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º, and grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients in mixer on high until well blended (approx 2 minutes) and divide batter in both pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove and set on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool completely.
