1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 - 14 oz artichoke hearts
1/2 c spinach, drained
1/4 c Mayo (not Miracle Whip)
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Romano cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 c mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Allow cream cheese to soften. Cream together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well. Add the well drained and chopped Artichoke hearts and spinach, mix until well blended.
Either store in airtight container or spray a pie plate with cooking spray lightly. Spread mixture in pie plate and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
