3 c flour
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 c oil
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 c carrot pieces
3 c nuts, raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients. Beat until light - eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla. Chop carrots. Blend above with liquid in blender. Combine all & mix until moist. Bake for 1 hr to 80 mins. (Can also bake at 375º for 55 mins).
