1 C Margarine
2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
6 Qts Popped Corn (6-8 C)
Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 2 qt saucepan. Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil while stirring (about 5 min). Boil without stirring for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in soda, cram of tarter and vanilla. (it foams a little). Mix well, pour over popped corn quickly in a great big pan, mix well or divide in half then mix. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Take out and cool. Break apart. It will be a bit sticky until completely cooled.
