2 pkg cresent rolls
1/4 lb each of - pepperoni, ham, provolone and swiss cheese
1 - 12oz jar of Mancini Roasted Peppers (drained)
4 eggs - beaten
chopped parsley
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pam the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan. Spread 1 pkg of cresent rolls on bottom of pan. Layer ham, swiss provolone and pepperoni (in order). Place roasted peppers on top. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Pour beaten eggs on top of ingredients (reserving small amount.) Cover with 2nd pkg of rolls. Brush with remaining egg. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes covered with foil. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Cut into squares and serve.
