1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
½ lb. bacon, cooked/drained/crumbled
12 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 med. Red pepper chopped
2 Tbs chopped green onion
2 Cups shredded Cheddar or Jack
1 Cup Bisquick
3 Cups milk
½ tsp salt
4 eggs

Pam 9x13 glass baking dish. Combine first 5 ingredients and 1 Cup of the cheese in a large bowl. Spread in baking pan. Whisk together last 4 ingredients until well blended. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate over night (no longer than 24 hours)

Remove casserole from refrigerator for ½ hour before baking. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake uncovered 45-55 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
