2.5 lbs pork 80/20
7 oz roasted red pepper
1T fennel seeds
1T kosher salt
1.5 t red pepper flakes
1.5 t paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Purée in food processor roasted red pepper & fennel seeds together
Add salt, red pepper flakes, & paprika. Add to pork.

Cook to medium well.

Drain well.
