1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine (butter?)
1 egg white
1/2 cup lowfat milk
Marshmallow fluff
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix together all ingredients except milk and fluff. Add milk and mix well. Spoon evenly onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched. Let cool. Take two and make a sandwich with Marshmallow fluff in the middle, flat sides facing in.
